THE SCIENCE BEHIND OUR TECHNOLOGY

Feed slurry is injected through our hydrocyclone with high velocity. Utilizing varying pressure gradients and introducing our micro-bubble technology into the mixture, we achieve residence times of a fraction of a second, compared to the industry's time of 3-5 minutes. With this simple technology, we surpass the industry's standard, with a less complicated process and a fraction of the footprint.

The revolutionary ACE hydrocyclone allows for better separation, lower power consumption and minimal infrastructure, enabling sites to use multiple hydrocyclones for a fraction of the cost and keep operations running, even when maintenance is required on a single unit. Our process is faster, simpler, smaller and cheaper than the alternative.
